The Human Resources Group at ABC Bank Egypt aims at
attracting and retaining the best people caliber in the
market - to help the bank in achieving its vision of
becoming the leading Universal banking in the MENA
region.
The HR Group Division offers Orientation and Induction
Programs as well as Special Training Programs to new
employees. Various training activities take place
locally and abroad covering all staff from entry level to
top management . During 2008, courses were
administered to a total of 220 employees. The bank also
participates in key International conferences and
seminars.
